AI is already good at meal planning and nutrition counseling, so dietitian jobs at apps, companies, and outpatient clinics shrink first, and federal rules require only one dietitian per facility, a weak floor for staffing. Because the licensing exam requires a master's degree, bachelor's-only graduates are even more exposed.
