These terms set the conditions for using YOU’RE NEXT (the “service”), provided by Opening Step (the “operator”) at youre-next.app and youre-next.web.app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service is a free information service offering outlooks for jobs, majors, universities and regions in the age of AI, a career quiz, calculators, self-tests, comments and a community. There is no login or sign-up. Each service is described in About.
Posts are public and can be seen by anyone. You may not post:
The operator may hide or delete posts that break these rules or are reported, without prior notice, and may restrict posting for repeated violations. Authors are responsible for what they post. You can delete your own posts on the page.
You keep the rights to what you post. You allow the operator, free of charge, to display, store and show your posts through share links within the service, to the extent needed to run it.
To the extent the law recognizes such rights, the rights to the service’s text, design, logo, compiled data and AI judgment results belong to the operator. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes and freely quote or share links with attribution (YOU’RE NEXT and the page address). Bulk collection of the service’s data, copying, redistribution or commercial use requires the operator’s prior written consent.
Third-party data used by the service (O*NET, US Bureau of Labor Statistics data and others) remains subject to its own terms. The list is in Methodology.
The operator may change the service, including judgment values, features and pages, and may suspend part or all of it. Judgment values can change with new judgments or error corrections. When the service is to be suspended, the operator will announce it on the site in advance where possible.
The service is provided free of charge and as is, with no warranty that it fits any particular purpose. The operator is not liable for loss that involves no intent or negligence on its part — for example, the results of decisions you make on your own using the service’s estimates, or loss caused by events the operator cannot prevent, such as natural disasters or network outages.
The operator is liable under the law for loss caused by its intent or gross negligence. For loss caused by the operator’s slight negligence, liability is limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to loss that would ordinarily arise. Where the law does not allow liability to be limited or excluded, this section does not apply to that extent.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the service will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
However, nothing in these terms limits the rights that the consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
These terms were written in Korean, and English, Japanese and Spanish translations are provided. If a translation differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
