AI already handles Spanish documents and interpreting, along with first drafts of reports and campaigns, so entry-level nonprofit and trade roles filled on bilingual skills alone shrink first. Community organizing, face-to-face consultations and buyer trust offer some support. The 2025 cuts to foreign aid and refugee budgets were not caused by AI.
