QC Analyst / Chemical Technician: what AI changes and what stays

In a QC lab, a machine can already run the instrument, read out the result, and draft the certificate that goes with it. Getting the sample ready for that machine, and knowing when a reading is off enough to redo it, is still work done by hand.

What's slower to change is everything that happens before the instrument even starts — weighing out a sample, mixing a reagent, setting up the run correctly.
